Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and be in the present moment. Poses are held for 2-4 minutes targeting deep connective tissues, improving flexibility and promoting relaxation.
Meditative Slow Vinyasa Flow is a deeply mindful yoga experience that blends the precision and alignment principles of B. K. S. Iyengar. You’ll learn basic yoga poses, relaxation and breathing techniques as you flow from one pose to the next with the rhythm of your breath. Props are used to enhance the experience.
Chair Yoga makes yoga accessible for people of all ages and abilities to experience the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga. Adding the use of props such as resistance bands, yoga blocks, and yoga straps can enhance the practice by providing support, increasing strength, and improving flexibility. The chair is also considered a prop.
Flow-Sculpt-Stretch is a mindful practice that combines yoga poses led by your breath with body weight strength training and the rejuvenation of deep stretching.
